This policy explains what information Fiyora Labs collects through fiyoralabs.in, why we collect it, how it’s stored, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what your browser sends automatically.
Contact form. When you submit the form on this site, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and message. This is stored so we can respond to you and keep a record of the enquiry.
Automatic data. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool. It records aggregate page views and general visit patterns without setting tracking cookies or building an individual profile of you.
This policy covers the fiyoralabs.in marketing website only. Data you or your organization enter into the Fiyora ERP/CRM product itself is governed by the separate customer agreement your business enters into as a Fiyora customer, not by this page.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up about a demo or trial.
- To keep an internal record of who we’ve spoken with and why.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages visitors find useful.
- To meet legal, accounting, or security obligations where required.
Data security
Contact form submissions are stored in MongoDB Atlas, a managed database service with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to Fiyora Labs personnel who need it to respond to enquiries.
Email notifications are sent through Brevo over an authenticated, encrypted (TLS) connection. This website is hosted on Vercel, with DNS managed through Cloudflare.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards proportionate to the kind of data this site actually collects — which does not include payment details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive categories of personal data.
Third-party service providers
We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors to run this site:
- Brevo — sends contact-form notification and confirmation emails.
- MongoDB Atlas — stores contact-form submissions.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides privacy-first analytics.
- Cloudflare — manages DNS for fiyoralabs.in.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a business record of the conversation, and delete or anonymize them sooner on request. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Your rights
If you’re in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent and file a grievance. Wherever you’re writing to us from, we’ll honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.

Children's privacy
This website and the information collected through it are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For significant changes, we’ll make that clear on this page.
